Terms and Conditions:

1. All merchandise must be paid in full at the time of receiving delivery unless other arrangements have been made.

2. It is necessary for the first time shoppers to buy at least $100 worth of merchandise from e-store.

3. Customers are requested to verify the merchandise according to the packaging slip.

4. Any discrepancies must be reported to Wholecell within 24 hours of receving the shipment.

5. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipments which are above $100 in value as UPS will reimburse up to $100 for any missing or damaged pieces which are  uninsured.

6. Our endeavor is to provide you with a very high quality product; however, should you find any items which do not conform to their respective phone models, please inform us right away.  We’ll test the merchandise and replace it after due verification.

7. Bounced checks are subject to $35 penalty

8. Customers with unpaid invoices which are subject to collection will be responsible for all such charges including lawyer’s fees if any.
